Parts Manager | Audi Halifax

You will lead a Parts Department where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail matter. From supporting technicians and service advisors to managing inventory and supplier relationships, you will ensure the department operates seamlessly and consistently delivers an exceptional experience.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and develop the Parts Department team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence

Oversee daily parts operations with a focus on precision, efficiency, and exceptional service





Partner closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts are sourced and delivered accurately and efficiently

Manage inventory, ordering, returns, and vendor relationships while maintaining optimal stock levels and cost control

Work with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery

Monitor department performance, financials, and key metrics to drive profitability and continuous improvement

Maintain accurate, organized inventory systems and ensure compliance with Audi and dealership standards

Resolve customer and internal concerns professionally, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of Parts Manager experience in a dealership environment preferred

Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations, inventory management, and manufacturer programs

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a premium experience

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with dealership management systems and manufacturer parts programs
