Norvex seeks a Field Service Technician in St. Catharines, Ontario. This full time role provides the freedom to operate independently while repairing mobile work equipment.

As a technician, you will manage your own workload, servicing and diagnosing a range of mobile elevating work platforms across the Niagara region. Your background in mechanical trades and strong diagnostic abilities are crucial for resolving complex issues quickly and effectively. You'll also conduct critical safety inspections and engage with clients to explain repairs and findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Service a variety of boom lifts and scissor lifts
• Diagnose faults across mechanical and electrical systems
• Conduct safety inspections in compliance with standards




• Document all repairs and coordinate technical support
• Communicate effectively with customers on-site

Requirements:
• Mechanical trade certification or apprenticeship
• Hands-on experience with mobile or heavy equipment
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Self-motivated with customer communication skills
