Sidhu Wall Coverings is a division of Sidhu Painting & Decorating , a growing Calgary-based company providing professional interior finishing and decorating services.

Our Wall Coverings division specializes in blinds, window coverings, draperies, wallpaper, and related interior products for residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our wall-covering and window-treatment business.

About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business, meeting with customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations, and following projects through to completion.

You will work with homeowners, designers, builders, contractors, and commercial customers to provide the right blinds, draperies, wallpaper, and wall-covering solutions .

Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new sales opportunities

Meet with residential and commercial customers

Sell blinds, shades, draperies, wallpaper, and related products

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products

Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Develop relationships with designers, builders, contractors, and industry professionals

Follow up on leads and existing customersMeet or exceed sales targets

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to completion

Maintain accurate customer and sales information





Stay current with products, pricing, and industry trends

Provide qualified customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience

Experience selling blinds, window coverings, draperies, wallpaper, or related interior products

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional and customer-focused approach

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple customers and projects

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's licence is an asset
