Enhance HR analytics with CBC/Radio-Canada as a Workday Reporting Specialist in a hybrid model. This role focuses on reporting for Time Tracking and Payroll, enabling organizational success.

As part of the People & Culture team, the Workday Reporting Specialist collaborates with HR leaders to leverage Workday for data-driven insights. You will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards that support HR initiatives, ensuring effective communication and understanding of technical concepts among business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Workday report and dashboard expert
• Collaborate to define reporting requirements
• Develop and deploy reports for key modules
• Identify opportunities to streamline report processes
• Troubleshoot data quality and performance issues

Requirements:
• Experience in Human Resources with HR reporting focus
• Proficient in Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in English and French
• Detail-oriented and organized
