This senior leadership position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and oversees all Thrift Shop Managers. You will be pivotal in improving performance, operational modernization, and translating strategic goals into actionable results within our retail network. Your role involves collaboration with shop leaders, employees, and volunteers to foster solid operational standards that positively impact the communities served.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage and coach Thrift Shop Managers
• Set expectations for retail and financial outcomes




• Lead transformation initiatives in technology and processes
• Develop operational policies for consistent performance
• Monitor trends and implement innovative solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in retail leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and transformation
• Proven ability in managing complex projects
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is an asset
• Willingness to travel to various shop locations
