In this position, you will report to the Coordinator of Admissions & Advising, providing guidance on course selections and admission processes. You will also actively participate in recruitment initiatives, attending events to promote the college while helping students navigate their academic paths effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on course transferability and program selection
• Create individualized education plans for students
• Provide accurate information about college procedures
• Represent the college at recruitment events
• Act as a resource for student support

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in education
• At least two years of relevant work experience
• Thorough understanding of post-secondary transitions in Alberta
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capacity to adapt to recent educational software
