Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and manage alumni volunteer programs
• Conduct annual needs assessments and recommend action plans




• Evaluate alumni programs for continual improvement
• Oversee and manage program budgets
• Plan and coordinate alumni events and activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engagement roles
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service
• Proficient in database management and technology
