As a Co-op Researcher, you will be enrolled in a senior Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in fields like Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence. You'll engage in impactful research and develop solutions for intelligent agents, conducting experiments that contribute to advancements in AI. Collaboration with engineering teams allows you to translate theory into practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cutting-edge research on LLM post-training techniques
• Develop and evaluate agents for complex real-world tasks




• Own research problems from hypothesis to validation
• Build infrastructure for LLM training and evaluation
• Improve GPU workflows for research compute operations

Requirements:
• Enrolled in a senior technical program
• Strong understanding of large language models
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch
• Hands-on experience in ML infrastructure
• Excellent analytical and judgment skills
