This Artisan position at SAB focuses on the superior operation of our malting and brewing facilities. You will be directly involved in maintaining equipment and enhancing the production process through timely preventative maintenance and effective problem-solving. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement in both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate malting and brewing processes per standards
• Perform in-process quality checks diligently
• Log waste and analyze for operational trends




• Address production stoppages swiftly and effectively
• Conduct regular housekeeping in line with safety standards

Requirements:
• N4 Electrical/Millwright Trade test qualification
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics required
• Valid driver's license is required
• Experience in brewing/malting is advantageous but not mandatory
• Prior involvement in a Process Control Setting a plus
