In this position, you will report to the Client Services Manager and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Your responsibilities include interviewing clients for needs assessment, offering counselling support, and guiding them through intricate support systems. Collaboration with Client Services Officers and community stakeholders is essential, as well as accepting referrals from government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs through detailed interviews
• Offer counselling support and referral to services
• Collaborate with community and agency stakeholders
• Support clients in understanding child support processes
• Assist in coordinating services between agencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work degree required
• Clinical experience in social work necessary
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
• Teamwork and stress management skills
• Registration with NLCSW required
