About This Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong grasp of construction estimating and project management to join our team. As an estimator, you will work closely with clients and subcontractors, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include site measuring, blueprint reading, and determining material and labor requirements for accurate cost estimation.

You will also interact with staff, clients, and subcontractors, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Scheduling jobs and projects is another critical aspect of this role, requiring effective time management and organization.

Additionally, you will be responsible for lining up subcontractors and trades, managing installers and carpenters, and preparing materials for each job.





Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure timely delivery of projects and satisfied clients.

You will also be responsible for ordering materials, preparing job sheets, and managing deliveries.

Requirements

Strong math and analytical skills.

Ability to read blueprints.

Computer skills.

Strong communication skills.

Experience in installation.

Experience in measuring and estimating 10 years.

Familiarity with various flooring and construction materials.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction is a plus.

Installation of blinds is also a desired skill.

Flooring installation experience is highly valued.
