BDO is seeking an Insolvency Advisor to support its Personal Debt Solutions team. This position requires in-office work and includes assessing debtors' situations and advising on workable solutions. You'll work closely with clients, helping them understand their options in financial distress through direct support and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform initial consultations for debt assessment and options
• Assist clients and creditors through various communication channels
• Prepare forms and documentation for client approval




• Engage in community outreach to promote debt solutions
• Foster relationships that contribute to business development

Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service or relevant financial fields
• Robust collaboration and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel
• Must be available for one evening shift weekly until 7:30 PM
