Nimkee is in search of a Learning Facilitator to create inclusive, culturally rich educational opportunities for First Nations youth living onsite. Focused on integrating education with healing and life skills, you’ll adapt lessons to fit individual strengths while working with an interdisciplinary team. Your mission will be to foster confidence and cultural identity in an innovative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement unique educational programs aligned with the Ontario curriculum
• Support youth facing educational disruptions through tailored instruction




• Promote cultural learning and traditional values in daily activities
• Assess educational progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Facilitate team meetings and communicate with families and community partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with curriculum experience
• Strong ability to relate with First Nations youth and communities
• Excellent records management skills
• Cooperative mindset for interdisciplinary teamwork
• Capacity for outdoor activities and community involvement
