Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H;) milling division is hiring a Lab Technician to conduct wheat and flour testing, document results, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will support the QA team with testing, inspections, and R&D; activities, coordinating with the QA Manager as needed.
The role requires a degree or diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields, knowledge of CFIA/SFCR/GFSI, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
