The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking an Employee Experience Representative to join the Employee Services Centre. You will handle payroll inquiries, HR programs and systems, and guide employees through self-service tools, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
This is a temporary 12‑month role with a hybrid work arrangement, reporting to the Manager, Employee Services Centre. Robust customer service, analytical skills and knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors are valued.
