Bring together environmental insight and effective project coordination to help deliver responsible solutions for infrastructure, energy, mining, transportation, land development, and other multidisciplinary projects.

In this role, you will support environmental planning, assessments, permitting, and regulatory activities while keeping project documentation, schedules, budgets, and teams aligned.

This is an opportunity to broaden your consulting experience, collaborate with technical specialists, and contribute to projects that create lasting value for clients, communities, and the environment.
**Your Impact**
**Coordinate**
environmental project activities, priorities, schedules, deliverables, and documentation to support efficient project execution.
**Support**
environmental assessments, planning studies, permitting processes, regulatory applications, and related submissions.
**Prepare**
clear technical reports, permit submissions, regulatory materials, meeting records, and project correspondence.
**Track**
project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, schedules, progress, and other performance information.
**Collaborate**
with clients, regulators, Indigenous communities, technical specialists, and multidisciplinary project teams.
**Maintain**
organized project records and apply document management, quality, and project administration processes.
**Contribute**
environmental and regulatory insight to infrastructure, energy, mining, transportation, land development, and other projects.
**Grow**
your environmental consulting and project management capabilities through varied assignments, mentorship, and collaboration.
**The Skills That Set You Apart**
A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Planning, Natural Resource Management, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
1 - 3 years of experience in environmental consulting, environmental planning, permitting, regulatory affairs,



project coordination, or a related field.

Working knowledge of environmental assessment, permitting, and regulatory processes within one or more Canadian jurisdictions.

Experience preparing technical reports, regulatory applications, permit submissions, or other project documentation.

Experience supporting project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, invoicing, progress tracking, or project financial administration.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with clients, regulators, Indigenous communities, and project teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Power

Point, Outlook, and Teams.
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally for project and client needs.

Experience with project management systems or progress toward a CAPM, Project Management Certificate, Environmental Professional designation, or similar credential would be an asset.

**Compensation:**
**AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:**
$65,600 - $88,100
**MB & ON:**
$59,800 - $83,500
**NB, NL, NS, PE & QC:**
$59,200 - $79,800
