Insight Global is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to support post-implementation optimization, configuration, and ongoing enhancement initiatives across a large consulting client's Workday Finance environment.

This individual will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing functional expertise, solution recommendations, and hands-on configuration support across multiple Workday Financials modules.

Skills and Requirements
• Active Workday Financials Certification (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on configuration experience within Workday Financials:
o Financial Accounting
o Procurement-to-Pay (P2P)
o Project Billing
o Banking & Settlement
o Expenses
o Financial Reporting
• Strong Reporting experience building customer reports

Broad understanding of additional Workday Financials modules and cross-functional dependencies
• Proven ability to gather business requirements, translate them into scalable Workday solutions, and provide best-practice recommendations
• Experience configuring complex business processes, security, reporting, and system enhancements within Workday Financials
• Ability to serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on Workday capabilities, design decisions, and optimization opportunities
• Robust client-facing consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, workshops, and solution presentations • Experience across multiple Workday product areas beyond Financials
• Additional expertise in Workday Reporting, HCM, Payroll, or Integrations is considered an asset
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise clients in a post-production or AMS environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive solution discussions
