Guaranteed bonus in first three months following induction training
Up to 15% bonus paid on all work completed
A performance bonus will be added if you keep your consumable spend low, billing above your target, declines below 9%, customer complaints under 2%, and if you drive within the speed limit
‘Technician of the Month’ awards
Annual performance ‘club’ bonus – up to £7,500 paid,



based on total year’s repair value
Weekend work is optional; it is available for technicians who wish to earn extra money
What We Expect From You 3+ years experience as a SMART repair technician
You are motivated, driven, and have a close attention to detail
You have a full UK driving licence
You are proud of your skills, and proud of doing a good job
Desire to take control of your future
You have good customer service skills
You follow health and safety, and quality control processes
