Right Time is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO within a hybrid work model. In this role, you'll manage executive calendars, handle complex travel arrangements, and ensure effective communication across the Executive Leadership Team.
Located in the Greater Toronto Area, this position is key in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities while providing critical administrative support. You will manage competing demands, organize meetings, and coordinate leadership events to improve workflows. Your ability to handle confidential information professionally will establish trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and prioritize CEO's calendar and commitments
• Plan executive meetings and prepare necessary materials
• Coordinate travel logistics and itinerary planning
• Screen communications for timely follow-up
• Track deliverables and deadlines for the executive team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years experience with C-suite executives
• Preferred background in Business Administration
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities
• Robust professional and interpersonal communication
