The role provides oversight for all aspects of work-integrated learning across the School of Health and Public Safety. Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners to ensure compliance and develop high-quality experiential opportunities that support workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee placement processes and learner assignments
• Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators for WIL
• Provide guidance on WIL policies and procedures
• Deliver resources and training for students and faculty
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health discipline or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in practicum coordination or clinical education
• Proven ability in stakeholder relationship management
• Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data
• Versatile to support events outside regular hours
