Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing department quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain an active mentoring presence with staff




• Manage utilization and budgeting of nursing supplies
• Implement procedural updates and evaluations
• Participate in the palliative care program

Requirements:
• RN registered with College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least three years' experience in long-term care
• Experience in management is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of RAI MDS
• Understanding of infection control principles
