You'll identify current business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative composite solutions.Responsibilities include:Develop and grow sales within the assigned territoryBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approachIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plansProvide technical support and product recommendations to customersNegotiate contracts, and commercial agreementsMonitor customer satisfaction, inventory requirements, and cross-selling opportunitiesCollaborate with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Production to ensure customer successEducate customers on new products and product enhancementsRepresent SAERTEX at trade shows, conferences, and industry eventsMaintain accurate sales forecasts, customer activity,



and market intelligenceWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in the composites industry or industrial manufacturingProven experience in technical or consultative salesStrong business development and negotiation skillsDemonstrated success growing sales and increasing market shareExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to develop strategic sales plans and manage multiple customer accountsBachelor's degree in Composite Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferredProficiency with Microsoft OfficeValid passport and ability to travel internationally when neededTravelThis is a fully remote position requiring approximately 50 –70% travel, primarily throughout Canada with occasional travel within the United States.
