• Coordinate nursing services and resident care initiatives
• Conduct shift reports to ensure team awareness of resident conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care




• Process and implement physician orders promptly
• Foster a culture of health and safety at the workplace

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered and in good standing with provincial standards
• Background in long-term or rehabilitation care
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to advocate for resident rights and safety
