Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will bring at least three years of experience in systems management, ideally with database systems knowledge and an understanding of ISO 9001 principles. Your role will involve developing monitoring systems and creating a comprehensive database of project systems, facilitating efficient data management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Projects and Commissioning teams with compliance tasks
• Develop and maintain project systems and databases
• Create and manage a database of system and subsystem tags




• Compile Mechanical and Piping equipment lists needed for projects
• Validate tags against engineering drawings for data accuracy

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of systems experience
• Tertiary/trade qualification from a recognized institution
• Robust understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
