Lead pharmacy services at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton as the Operations Manager. Oversee pharmacy activities, manage staff, and enhance quality in a collaborative environment.

As the Operations Manager of the RAH pharmacy department, you will play a crucial leadership role within Edmonton's pharmacy operations team. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, your key responsibilities include ensuring that pharmacy services are in alignment with Alberta Health Services' mission and strategic goals. You will develop relationships with stakeholders, manage quality improvement initiatives, and direct the pharmacy team to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the pharmacy operations team
• Manage direct supervision of pharmacy technicians and assistants




• Develop and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
• Operationalize strategic plans for service delivery

Requirements:
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with Alberta College of Pharmacy
• At least three years in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Commitment to career development
• Experience in pharmacy leadership preferred
• Clinical experience an asset
