Our client located in downtown Toronto is currently seeking an eLearning Curriculum Designer to add to their organization.
Salary range: $76,000 -$80,000 plus generous annual bonus
Hybrid position 3 days per week in the office

In this role, you will be responsible for: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-quality educational content and training materials
Manage and optimize learning platforms to ensure effective content delivery for diverse learning needs
Design and coordinate assessments to measure learning effectiveness and program outcomes
Review and update learning resources to align with industry standards, accessibility, and user experience best practices
Support platform users and utilize feedback to drive continuous system and process enhancements
The ideal candidate will/must have: Post-secondary degree in a related field
Experience designing virtual and in-person learning programs
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong communication and time-management skills




Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
