Enhance students' education at Gustavson as an Experiential Learning Advisor. Support team-based learning with your coaching expertise and facilitation skills, both in-person and online.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Experiential Learning, you will collaborate with academic programs to foster essential teamwork and leadership skills. Your role involves coaching students, managing feedback, and developing strategies for effective team collaboration, ensuring alignment with learning objectives. You will be pivotal in enriching the educational experience for students through hands-on learning, personal growth, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate teamwork training and experiential activities
• Develop leadership and teamwork skills aligning with program objectives




• Coach students for academic success and skilled readiness
• Collaborate on a School-wide teamwork framework
• Motivate and inspire students effectively

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• ICF Certification or coaching training preferred
• Expertise in facilitation and teamwork coaching
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sensitivity to student wellness and learning needs
