Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Broker, located in Richmond Hill, ON, with the flexibility for work from home. The Insurance Sales Broker will work closely with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions for home, automobile, business, and specialty insurance. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, maintaining compliance, preparing insurance quotes,



and facilitating policy renewals. A focus on exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets will be central to this role.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance brokerage, with strong knowledge of the insurance and finance industries

Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively

Knowledge of Retirement Planning and related financial services

Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Valid RIBO license is required

Proficiency in digital tools and software used for insurance brokerage, and a willingness to stay current with industry advancements

Experience in sales and meeting or exceeding targets is considered a strong asset
