As Senior Manager, you will help guide the direction of WestJet's privacy strategy by developing frameworks and tools that embed privacy across all initiatives. Partnering with the Legal team, you will play a key role in navigating evolving privacy regulations and translating them into actionable business practices while leading core privacy capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and refine privacy and data governance strategies
• Monitor and assess privacy regulations and their impact
• Manage privacy incidents and investigations




• Facilitate Privacy Impact Assessments and data rights processes
• Drive continuous improvement in privacy practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years in privacy roles with leadership experience
• Profound knowledge of global privacy laws
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage complex privacy frameworks
