Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Current Project Engineering to foster Power Operations growth
• Develop engineering standards for project design and delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
• Manage critical engineering risks during project execution
• Mentor and develop the New Project Engineering team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; advanced education an asset
• Registered P. Eng in Ontario with 10+ years of experience
• Proven leadership in utility-scale power generation
• Strong knowledge of engineering design and risk management
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
