As an Instructional Designer, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to create engaging educational materials aimed at attracting and supporting Eminence's clients. Your responsibilities will encompass designing various formats of learning, optimizing learner engagement, and ensuring timely delivery of resources. You'll also collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to enhance course content and leverage technology for effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design interactive learning materials using instructional best practices
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on course content




• Create video resources and multimedia learning assets
• Manage Learning Management System updates and materials
• Evaluate training effectiveness and learner satisfaction

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Experience in retail or spa environments preferred
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and eLearning tools
• Familiarity with Adult learning principles
