Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete recruitment cycle and staff onboarding
• Advise on HR policies and assist in conflict resolution
• Coordinate employee orientation and recognition efforts
• Track professional development and training compliance
• Administer payroll and manage perks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education related to Human Resources
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong understanding of Canadian labor laws required
• Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office
• Bilingual capabilities preferred
