We are seeking a Business Analyst II, OPL, to be part of our growing team at Intact. In this role, you will apply your expertise to assist with system issues and act as a liaison among users, IT, and various departments. The position requires strong problem-solving skills to analyze and support existing systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve daily system referrals from users promptly
• Collaborate with regional teams to address ongoing issues
• Monitor trends to identify training and system enhancement opportunities




• Serve as a subject matter expert for insurance systems
• Test and document system changes accurately

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Claims tools, such as Contact Claims
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time and priority management skills
• Knowledge of Auto & Home insurance industry is a plus
