Ideal candidates will have a diploma in human services and one year of experience, focusing on client assessment and personal support. The work model allows for flexible schedule—up to 16 hours weekly—scheduling shifts that meet client needs from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in assessments and program planning for individuals
• Assist clients with daily living and social skills




• Evaluate and adjust support plans based on client progress
• Transport participants to appointments and activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions

Requirements:
• Diploma in human/social services field
• One year of related experience or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
