In this full-time role, you will navigate public policy and stakeholder relations to support the mission of the Ontario Cannabis Store. Your expertise will drive evidence-based policy recommendations, liaise with government partners, and develop impactful materials reflective of the province's cannabis legalization objectives. Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential as you manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead policy research and market analysis for cannabis initiatives
• Develop data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders




• Build relationships with public-sector partners and internal teams
• Coordinate consultations with government and department leaders
• Monitor policy changes affecting OCS operations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in public policy or related field
• 3-5 years of policy analysis and stakeholder relations experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of government processes and policy
• Project management experience preferred
