The Prime Services Technology team supports and maintains secure, scalable platforms for internal users and institutional clients across the Prime Brokerage business.
The team delivers technology solutions that support securities lending, secured funding, client reporting, trade processing, financial messaging, integration workflows, and operational controls.
The successful candidate will help design, develop, modernize, and support tools, software, and systems that enhance the Prime Brokerage platform and stakeholder experience.

**ABOUT THIS ROLE: **
**The Investment Banking, Research, & Marketing Technology team**
is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to support its Banker Experience function.
This team has a focus on delivering technology solutions for Marketing Technology as a whole and the specific industry groups within it.
As a member of this team, you will help lead onboardings of new technology, manage/support ongoing changes to existing technology, and help support strategic initiatives to help our business partners.
The Business Systems Analysis function covers a mandate that includes (but isn't limited to) proposing technical systems to accomplish business requirements across Marketing Technology.
These experts build relationships with business partners and other groups of diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders (both internal and external) to: Plan + Elicit + Analyze + Document + Communicate+Manage system requirements
Assess client needs and recommend the right technology
Offer operational and process-related analysis and support
Develop strong relationships with business and across internal stakeholder groups
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: **
Supporttechnology initiatives and onboardings forindustrybest technology solutions-working with many different internal stakeholder groups to ensure the technologies are assessed and meet TD standards.
Manage changes to existing technology applications within the
Marketing
Technology portfolio-these changes could range from minor configuration changes to major upgrade/migration changes.
Define & document requirements, perform data/system/impact analysis, develop testplansand execute and/or support User Acceptance Testing with business partners.
Work with technology partners (e.g.
Solution Designers and Architects) to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.
Keep management informed of projects progress and potential risks with clear and concise recommendation on risk mitigation.
Assistinprocess change efforts by working in collaboration with upstream and downstream stakeholders to detail current state and desired state end-to-end processes.
Understandingof business analysis,
data and process mapping, quality assurance, project deliverypracticesand standards across the project delivery lifecycle.
Work closely with stakeholders todeterminesolutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and pinpoint how toassistwithintegrations.
Continuously enhance knowledge/expertisein own area and keep current with leading-edge technologies trends/developments and developexpertisein TD services, applications, infrastructure, analyticaltoolsand techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery.
Continuously enhance knowledge of business domains and their products/services.
Analytical and problem-solving skills toidentifyand lead problem resolution.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention.
It helps if you have: Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
Business/Technology focused preferred.
3-5 years relevant experience.
SDLC / Agilemethodologyexperience.
Experience with managing and working with SaaS applications.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build andmaintainrelationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Team focused with a cooperative mindset - ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal partnerships.
Knowledge and understanding of investment banking, technology trends, industry best practices, and the intersection between finance and technology.
Comfortablein a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities all while stillmaintaining a high degree of partner satisfaction ("white glove service") andtimely execution.
Understanding of AI Infrastructure is an asset.
