**Job Title: Production Assembler**
**Job Description**
As a Production Assembler, you play a key role in manufacturing high‑quality medical devices on a fast‑paced production line and in a cleanroom environment.

You work closely with a team to complete production orders across multiple assembly stations, following written English instructions and using small hand tools to build precise units.

This role requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, and comfort with standing for the full shift while handling small parts and components.
**Responsibilities**
Work as part of a production line team to complete medical device assembly orders efficiently and accurately.

Rotate through approximately 12 assembly stations, becoming fully trained on all stations over a 2–3 month period.

Follow written English work instructions to assemble units using small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.

Handle small pieces and parts carefully to ensure proper assembly and product quality.

Work at an assigned station alongside team members and independently when required.

Maintain a fast work pace to keep product moving continuously and avoid bottlenecks on the production line.

Participate in cleanroom operations on a rotating schedule, including an initial full week as needed.

Stand for the entire shift while in the cleanroom, performing tasks such as labeling product, sealing packaging pouches, and related duties.

Wear provided cleanroom attire, including a heavy jacket, and comply with all cleanroom protocols and restrictions.

Use basic computer skills to enter data, follow digital instructions, or complete required documentation.

Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to understand instructions and coordinate with team members.

Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally as part of assembly and production activities.

Adhere strictly to production line rules, including no eating, drinking, phone use, videos, or pictures while on the line.

Remove all cosmetics and jewelry when working in or potentially entering the cleanroom, in accordance with cleanroom standards.

Report any skin infections or conditions in advance so appropriate accommodations or precautions can be discussed.

Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn quickly, and commitment to both speed and high attention to detail.

Work a second‑shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, and be available for overtime when needed.
**Essential Skills**
Valid visa with at least 2 years remaining from the date of hire.

Minimum of 1 year of fast‑paced work experience on a production line.

Willingness and ability to work on a 1‑year contract, understanding that it cannot extend beyond one year.

Experience using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers for assembly work.

Ability to handle and assemble small parts and components with precision.

Ability to stand for the entire shift, including while working in the cleanroom.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (not repetitively) as part of production duties.

Basic computer skills, with the ability to pass a computer skills assessment if required.

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and reading, with the ability to pass an English assessment if required.

Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and following strict cleanroom protocols with no exceptions.

Capacity to work quickly while maintaining high attention to detail on a continuous production line.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Soldering experience, particularly in a production or assembly setting.

Experience with PCB (printed circuit board) assembly in a highly regulated work environment.

Ability to read detailed soldering instructions, match wire numbers correctly, and perform accurate soldering work.

Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and stations quickly.

Robust, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a focused, hardworking team.
**Why Work Here?**
You join a clean, well‑organized facility with a friendly and diverse team that takes pride in building meaningful products.

The culture emphasizes hard work, focus, and respect for all backgrounds, while offering opportunities for overtime and the potential to transition to permanent employment for strong performers.

With expanding production capacity and growing work orders, you benefit from stable work, the chance to develop new skills across multiple stations, and an environment that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
**Work Environment**
You work on a second‑shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, in a clean, highly organized production facility with approximately 60 people on the production floor.

The environment is fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and diverse, with a strong sense of pride in the products being built.

You rotate between standard production line stations and a controlled cleanroom environment.

In the cleanroom, you stand for the entire shift, wear provided cleanroom attire such as a heavy jacket, and follow strict protocols that prohibit cosmetics (including makeup, mascara, eyeliner, hair products, aftershaves, perfumes, fingernail polish, and fake nails) and require removal of all jewelry (earrings, rings, bracelets, watches, etc.) for the duration of the shift.

Because cleanroom assignments are not guaranteed on specific days, you must adhere to these restrictions whenever you are on shift.

The dress code is casual outside of cleanroom attire, and the workplace enforces rules of no eating or drinking and no phones, videos, or pictures on the production line to maintain safety, cleanliness, and product integrity.

The culture is hardworking and focused, embraces all backgrounds, and supports collaboration and mutual respect among team members.
