Job Description
We are hiring a IT Project Manager / Scrum Master for a Capital Markets Technology team at a leading Bank Downtown Toronto to support a portfolio of collateral and risk management applications used across Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations teams.

This role is ideal for a delivery-focused PM who excels in Agile environments and enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, managing application roadmaps, and driving project execution.

The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, development teams, and third-party vendors to support ongoing initiatives and ensure effective delivery across multiple Capital Markets platforms.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, project backlogs, and team workflows.
- Lead project status reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate monthly Steering Committee meetings and provide delivery updates to leadership.
- Partner with business users to ensure testing, release readiness, and implementation activities are completed successfully.
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage defects, enhancements, and delivery timelines.
- Support governance, audit, and application management activities where required.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven experience managing Agile teams and coordinating technology delivery initiatives.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, timelines, and reporting. - Experience within Capital Markets or Investment Banking technology.
- Knowledge of collateral management, margin calls, and collateral operations.
- Experience supporting Front Office, Risk, Operations, or Middle Office teams.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and vendor-supported applications.
- Familiarity with XVA, CVA, risk calculations, or collateral management platforms.
- Experience supporting audit, governance, or regulatory initiatives.

Experience with:
- Colline (vendor collateral management platform)
- Kojak (internal collateral management application)
- XVA Trader (front-office risk and trading platform)
