Flex your project management expertise at Turner & Townsend as an Assistant Project Manager in a hybrid role. Contribute to the successful execution of fit-out projects in a dynamic environment based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal.

This full time position allows you to assist in all phases of project delivery, from planning to close-out. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to facilitate design coordination, procurement activities, and construction administration, gaining invaluable experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the full lifecycle of fit-out projects
• Aid Project Managers in planning and financial oversight
• Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders




• Document site visits and track compliance issues
• Assist with procurement and contract administration

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant project coordination experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus
