We're looking for a hard-working person to join us as a full-time New Construction Residential Plumber (3rd Year to Journeyperson). We specialize in managing complex residential plumbing installations across entire developments, ensuring that every phase of the project is completed on time and within budget. WHAT WE OFFER:
EXCELLENT PAY
Our Production Housing Plumber earns a competitive wage of $30-$40/hr , depending on skill level and experience. Piecework opportunities are also available!
STABLE, ADAPTABLE SCHEDULE
You’ll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

OUR IDEAL NEW CONSTRUCTION RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER:
We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
3rd year, 4th year, or Journeyperson certification level
Residential Current Build rough-in and groundworks experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
Exceptional communication skills and strong time management
Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work
And who can manage these responsibilities:
Perform groundworks, including trenching, laying underground piping, and installing sewer and water service lines
Complete rough-in plumbing for new home construction
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and building codes to ensure accurate system installation
Install and secure pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to project specifications and plumbing codes
Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper function before final installation
Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized worksite
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during groundworks and rough-in installations.
