We are seeking an experienced Autobody Technician to fill four permanent full-time positions. The role includes replacing components, filing, grinding, and preparing surfaces for painting. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively instruct apprentices and maintain a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Replace front end, body, doors, and frame components
• File, grind, and sand body surfaces for repair
• Clean and maintain your work area
• Hammer out defects and prepare surfaces for painting
• Instruct apprentices in collision repair techniques

Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Trade certification or equivalent experience
• Own tools and equipment—steel-toed boots required
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
• Reliable transportation to the workplace
