Job Description
The RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in Oakville, ON is looking for an Associate to join the team in maintaining, developing and growing an Investment Advisor's business by providing clients exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner.

What you will do:

Input and follow-up on client orders as directed by IA’s

Meet and greet prospects and clients

Investigate and follow-up on all client inquiries

Utilize contact management system for all necessary follow up

Investigate and resolve inquiries and complaints related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor where appropriate

Follow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery

Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reports

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

Minimum of 1 year experience in the Investment field working as an Assistant/Associate

Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE

Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

High quality time management and organization skills

Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as qualified, warm, and friendly to our clients

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:

$37,500.00 - $50,000.00

This position includes competitive-based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to:

1.0x
