This role reports directly to the Shop Supervisor and requires 5-10 years of hands-on experience in fabrication and machine shops. As a Welder/Fitter, you’ll utilize MIG, TIG, and Stick welding methods, alongside tools like plasma cutters and waterjets. Ideal candidates will hold qualifications in both Welding and Machining to strengthen team operations while promoting a culture of safety and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate repairs using standard shop welding techniques
• Construct metal work aids and read mechanical drawings




• Enhance equipment performance through suggested improvements
• Operate mechanical tools like Waterjet and Brake Press
• Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols

Requirements:
• 5-10 years of welding experience in a fabrication setting
• Certificate of Qualification in Welding preferred
• Knowledge of sanitary welding standards
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and comply with safety protocols
