Key Responsibilities:
• Lead user discovery, research, and usability testing
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure accessibility compliance across all outputs




• Design and improve citizen and partner-facing services
• Collaborate with Agile teams and facilitate design sessions

Requirements:
• 10+ years in UX, UI, and Service Design
• 5+ years in digital transformation for public sector
• Expertise in user research and journey mapping
• Solid background in responsive web app design
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
