As a Project Management Analyst at Opta, you will work directly with the Director of Engineering. Your role supports the strategic planning and execution of capital expenditures, requiring solid project management expertise and analytical skills. You will engage with various departments to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support all phases of capital projects across manufacturing sites
• Create project documentation including Requests for Capital Approval
• Collaborate on defining project scope, schedules, and resource needs




• Monitor performance metrics to manage risks and corrective actions
• Update project dashboards and CapEx tracking tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years in project management, engineering, or operations
• Experience with PMI concepts and capital project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel for data analysis
• Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States
