In this role, you will report to the Recreation Manager, assisting in the development and implementation of enriching programs tailored for residents. Your focus will be on maintaining positive communication with residents and their families, while also documenting participation and engagement. Continuous training ensures you remain informed about best practices in elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement resident programs alongside management
• Maintain records of program participation and assessments




• Communicate upcoming events effectively to families
• Facilitate scheduled outings and prepare daily activities
• Assist with dining services as needed

Requirements:
• Degree in Recreation, Gerontology, or equivalent
• Experience in senior care environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license, Class 4 or equivalent
