ABOUT YOU You are a trusted advisor who brings both professional expertise and cultural humility to your work. You are passionate about supporting Indigenous communities and organizations to build strong, sustainable futures. Whether facilitating a strategic planning session or helping a client navigate complex funding structures, you lead with respect, collaboration, and purpose. You are familiar with Indigenous funding frameworks, governance models, and federal programs, and have 10+ years in leadership, consulting or senior management roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead workshops and consultations in governance and strategic planning
Guide clients through funding proposals, reporting, and project delivery (including ISC)
Facilitate community and leadership engagements




Contribute expertise to cross-functional teams in finance, governance, HR, and organizational strategy
