At BCHS, you will report to the Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Experience. This role involves developing quality improvement plans and analyzing patient safety events. You'll work closely with clinical teams to implement actions for the enhancement of healthcare experiences and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support unit-level quality improvements and utilization enhancements
• Lead reviews of patient safety events and critical incidents
• Coordinate compliance with patient safety standards




• Analyze data for decision-making in quality initiatives
• Coach staff on quality improvement strategies

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a healthcare discipline or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare settings
• Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
• Criminal Record Check required
• Certification in Patient Safety preferred
