As the Indigenous Relations Manager - North, you'll work under the Vice-President to enhance Aecon's engagement with Indigenous stakeholders. Your expertise will drive cultural awareness and ensure the responsible inclusion of Indigenous businesses in procurement processes. A solid focus on collaboration and respect will shape community interactions and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities
• Advise project teams on cultural and regulatory matters




• Promote training and employment opportunities for Indigenous individuals
• Support equitable inclusion of Indigenous businesses
• Ensure compliance with legal engagement requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Indigenous communities, preferably in construction
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel to remote sites as required
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture and traditions
