As a member of the Supply Chain and Distribution Department, you'll report to the Supervisor of Supply Chain Planning. Your responsibilities include executing Materials Requirement Planning, managing procurement activities, and overseeing inventory. By maximizing purchasing strategies and maintaining stock levels, you will directly contribute to optimized customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute timely procurement of materials and manage stock levels
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective product delivery
• Oversee purchase and transfer orders for accurate timelines
• Coordinate vendor Incoterms and facilitate inbound deliveries
• Resolve accounts payable discrepancies with Finance and Operations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or retail role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and materials management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
